Who we are and what we do

After more than 10 years of partnership with UPS, we founded KUMO Transport s.r.o. We are one of the main partners of UPS. As part of our cooperation, we provide transportation of single-unit shipments not only in the Czech Republic. We transport over 1 million shipments annually, which ensures stable growth of the company.

We transport over 1 million shipments annually

We provide domestic shipment transport not only to our main partner, but also to other clients. The quality of shipment distribution starts at the depot of our partner UPS. The actual distribution of shipments is handled by a fleet of more than 50 vehicles.

How it started

Jakub's entrepreneurial story began with his father, who had been working with UPS since 1992, when the company entered the Czech market. Mr. Kubín Sr. continued to work with this multinational company until 2012, when he handed over the company to his son. The Kubíns have been working with UPS for more than three decades.

2017

How it started

Immediately after school, Jakub started working for his father as a courier and remained in the family business until 2012, when his father handed over the business with a fleet of three vans to him and retired. Jakub experienced the greatest growth between 2015 and 2017, when his fleet grew to 30 vehicles. In 2023, he joined forces with Michal Motl and the company Kumo Transport was founded. The company currently has a fleet of 50 vehicles, has expanded its operations to other regions and is the first external company in the Czech Republic to manage an entire depot.
